EFFICIENCY TRAINING

Scientists usually don't do research for money. Research has more to do with being curious and with an drive to discover.

This inner drive can often be sabotaged by small items of everyday working life: processing paperwork, waiting for accessories / permits / time slots / other people or tasks that have nothing to do with your own project ...

Back to the essentials

In order to remedy this and create more air in the future, the topics of this workshop are:

• Prioritize in everyday work
• Select according to the Pareto principle
• Delegate instead of micromanagement
• Automate processes
• Synergy with colleagues
• Artful elimination of tasks

Sustainable solutions for more of YOU

In this workshop, I assume that you basically like what you do. This leads to the question: How mainly to do THIS and reduce the annoying rest? I am also interested in long-term solutions. Short-term solutions that mean that nobody will talk to you after that are off the table.

Your personal tool kit

This workshop provides a toolbox of opportunities that you can use in your daily work life. Not all tools fit all personal situations, but with multiple options there is a good chance that some of them will work. Of course, situations only change if the approaches of this training are also tried out in real life. For this reason, you are encouraged to work with your own situation and identify possible fields of action throughout the seminar.

IMPRESSIONEN AUS DEM WORKSHOP

I found it a really fascinating day and have already thought about tasks that I can share with my colleagues.

More time, less frustration. Great workshop idea!
